TWG & Gordon Ramsay at Sanctuary Cove

The Wine Guide team had a super opportunity to rub shoulders with a man that has put the odd nose out of joint in recent times, Gordon Ramsay. This is what he does, and as far as we are concerned, no apologies necessary mate. Just chuck the pig on the spit and keep roasting. We were equally impressed with the rest of the team, with none other than Stuart Gillies of Knightsbridge's Box Wood Cafe providing light to the Ramsay shade.

The event was a great success with everyone getting an inside running on what makes the RamJet tick. Inspiring certainly; revealing absolutely.

As far as we can see, no-one has ever doubted this mans ability to crank out smoking hot food, and the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove team in support did a super job staying true to the ideal of quality and precision.

It was great to see such passion for food up close and personal, and a little fire was rekindled in The Wine Guide's ample belly.
